Evidently The Family Place‘s 2019 Partners Card program is so popular, its website cratered today.
The Partners Card Team just sent the following message:
Today of all days, our website has decided to crash. UGH! If you are trying to access your Digital Partners Card please show your purchase confirmation email to retailers instead. We are updating retailers but appreciate your patience as this information gets communicated to their teams. Our website team is working to resolve this issue and we hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. Please refresh website periodically to see if it has been restored. We will also post updates via email and social media.”
So, don’t give up. You’ve got until Sunday, November 3, to exercise your Partners Card for The Family Place.
