Residential real estate go-to-gal Erin Mathews is going to be very busy in the last quarter of 2025. In addition to closing deals on all types of mansion-sweet-mansions, the word is that she’s going to be honoring some heady fundraisers with her support.

In addition to being the honorary chair for The Family Place’s 2025 Partners Card from Friday, October 24, to Sunday, November 2, it was just revealed that she’ll be the honorary co-chair with Ruth Ruhl of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Gala on Saturday, October 4.

Besides supporting The Crystal Charity Ball, the Junior League of Dallas and the Salvation Army, Erin serves as a board member for The Family Place.

As for Ruth, she, too, is actively supporting such area non-profits as the Cattle Baron’s Ball, Zoo To Do and Crystal Charity Ball, as well as serving as a member of The Dallas Assembly and as a board member of The Dallas Symphony Orchestra and the Beverly Drive Book Club.

According to Erin, “Working together on this event feels natural, because we balance each other so well and bring different strengths to the table. Supporting the symphony speaks to both our personal stories, our commitment to the arts and our belief that a thriving cultural scene is essential to Dallas’ identity and the future of our city.”

While Partners Card will be a fundraiser across area ZIP codes for The Family Place, co-chaired by Kristin Hallam, Margette Hepfner and Jen Munoz, the black-tie DSO Gala will “feature a concert by Music Director Fabio Luisi and the DSO with newly announced Artist-In-Resident Leonidas Kavakos,” who will be a part of the DSO’s 125th anniversary. The Gala will be co-chaired by Vanessa and David Cain.

While gala tickets start at $1,500 per person, including pre-concert reception, seated dinner, premium concert hall seating and after-party, are available here, concert/after-party tickets are starting at $52.

On the other hand, Partners Cards are going for $100 starting Monday, September 1, so shop online at your keyboard in your jammies or in-person just in time to get those holiday gifts checked off your gotta-get-em list.

What’s that? The price of the Partners Card has ramped up from its usual $75? Seriously! After all the years of going for $75, it’s time to get with reality. The card is gonna save you more than $25 in a matter of clicks.
